Return and Refund Policy

At Sree Nutritive Food Products, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our food products. 

Because our items are perishable consumables, 

We follow a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy to maintain health and safety standards:  

1. Order Cancellation You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or dispatched for shipping. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.   

2. Returns Policy (Perishable Goods) Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have been delivered. All sales of food products are final.  

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your package arrives physically damaged, tampered with, or if you receive the wrong product, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or refund for damaged items, you must provide proof of damage (such as clear photographs or an unboxing video of the affected packaging and product) sent to our support channels.  

4. Refund Processing Once your damage or cancellation claim is verified and approved, a refund will be initiated back to your original payment method via our payment gateway (CCAvenue). The amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
